About the Role

This role requires someone who can independently manage affiliate operations, build long-term relationships with partners, monitor campaign performance, and continuously optimize results.

Mandatory Requirement:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners
- Build solid relationships with affiliates and media partners
- Monitor affiliate traffic quality and conversion performance
- Analyze campaign reports, ROI, and user acquisition metrics
- Develop strategies to increase registrations, deposits, and retention
- Handle affiliate payouts, communication, and support
- Detect fraudulent traffic and prevent abuse activities
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and development teams
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid models
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to handle multiple affiliate accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of digital marketing and traffic sources
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization
