Key Responsibilities

- Lead mechanical maintenance activities of the DRI plant.

- Handle maintenance of DRI Kiln, Cooler, Coal Handling, Material Handling, ESP, Fans, Pumps, and Conveyors.

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

- Ensure minimum equipment breakdown and plant downtime.

- Monitor equipment condition and identify potential failures.

- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.

- Plan and execute shutdown and major maintenance activities.

- Manage spare parts and maintenance requirements.

- Guide and supervise the mechanical maintenance team.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and maintenance standards.

- Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance records,



and equipment history.

- Improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of DRI/Sponge Iron plant mechanical maintenance.

- Hands-on experience with kiln, cooler, conveyors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, and material handling equipment.

- Good team handling and leadership skills.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

- DRI plant experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
