THE ROLE: PLAYER-COACH
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is a "Deal Closer." You aren't just managing from a desk; you are on the field, building a network, chasing bank RMs, and mentoring a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) or Sales Associates (SAs). You must be an expert in the "Bank Login-to-Disbursal" cycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. High-Ticket Sourcing & Network Building
- Self-Sourcing: You don't wait for leads. You have a "warm" network of customers and connectors.
- Channel Management: Identify and onboard sub-connectors/channel partners to feed your pipeline.

Team Mentorship & Management
- Guide the BDEs: You will manage a team of up to 5-10 BDEs. You are responsible for their training, daily field-visit tracking, and helping them close their first few deals.
- Double-Hats: You are a "Player-Coach" i.e. you carry an individual target and a team target.
3. The "Closer" Mentality
- Bank Coordination: You have robust relationships with Bank RMs and Credit Managers. You know how to "push" a file through a query loop.
- Process Mastery: You collaborate with other internal teams and catch documentation errors at the source (FTR - First Time Right) to ensure prompt disbursals.
