Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Manage project scope, cost, and time effectively (triple constraints).
- Technical Oversight & Design Review:Review engineering drawings and technical specifications for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with industry standards and government regulations
- Budget & Cost Control:Prepare cost estimates, monitor project expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Team Coordination & Leadership: Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams. Delegate tasks efficiently based on team capabilities.
- Quality Control & Safety Assurance: Conduct site inspections and performance checks to ensure quality standards are maintained. Enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify potential technical or operational issues early and implement corrective measures to avoid delays.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, senior management, and internal teams.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project execution & site management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in PEB / Industrial / Construction projects preferred.
