Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and supporting district-level Business Development teams and Channel Partners. The role includes daily tracking of field activities, tele-verification of visits, lead management, database validation, coordination for project execution support, and generating recent business opportunities through structured follow-ups.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring accountability, lead conversion, route monitoring, operational efficiency, data accuracy and smooth communication between Head Office, field teams, farmers, computer centres, and Channel Partners.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development / Sales Operations Coordination
- Track daily route plans of Business Development Executives (BDEs) across districts.
- Monitor field coverage (villages, computer centres,
farmer meetings).
- Conduct tele-verification of farmer visits and engagement activities.
- Ensure timely reporting from district teams of individual team member activities and performance metrics and maintaining DAR (Daily Activity Reports)
- Monitor progress against sales targets and support the State Sales Manager in reviews and forecasting
- Identify inactive zones and suggest corrective actions.
- Highlight actionable insights and escalation points for managerial decision making
2. Lead Management & Tele calling
- Call and verify leads generated by district teams.
- Classify leads (Hot / Warm / Cold).
- Assign qualified leads to respective Channel Partners.
- Follow up with farmers for documentation and subsidy process.
- Maintain centralized lead database in CRM / Excel.
- Ensure execution of outbound calling campaigns targeting B2C and B2B segments.
