Manpower monitoring:
- uniform & PPE audit,attendance audit, Report if any cleaning crew found burning the fire or dumping at unauthorised place.
Machine monitoring & reporting:
- Sprinkler system being used or not. Dust cloud formation.
Service Quality monitoring:
- Check footpath condition after washing. Images to be shared if washing is unsatisfactory i.e. dust, mud, sand, litter, are visible on footpath.
Incident reports:
- Record of all incidents to be maintained.Incident information to be highlighted to SM immediately.
Others:
- Every Manual ward/sector to be audited once in a month.Observations to be shared strictly within the hierarchy. No information to be leaked/discussed with site staff.
