Location:Coimbatore & Bangalore
Experience: 2-5 Years
Working Days: 5 Days/Week
Shift: Flexible Shifts
CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA + Yearly Bonus
Position Overview
Train new hires on Voice & Accent concepts
Coach associates on call attributes
Provide feedback to improve communication effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for new hires
Identify training needs & plan sessions
Prepare training materials (content, handouts, videos)
Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Monitor performance & measure ROI
Conduct workshops, seminars & e-learning sessions
Provide on-floor coaching & feedback
Maintain training records and attendance
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Knowledge of VNA (Voice & Accent) methodologies
Experience as a corporate trainer
Ability to handle 40-50 trainees per batch
Strong conversion & retention skills
Exposure to BPO / International Voice Process
Understanding of US/UK culture
Familiarity with latest training tools & techniques
