About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven Business Development

responsible for increasing sales, expanding business opportunities, managing the

sales and marketing departments independently, and creating effective business

growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Increase overall sales and business revenue of the company

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

Independently manage and supervise the sales and marketing departments

Generate and convert leads into successful enrollments

Plan and design course offerings based on market demand and student

requirements

Coordinate with academic and operational teams for smooth execution

Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly business growth plans





Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets

Manage client follow-ups, reporting, and CRM activities

Identify new business opportunities and partnership possibilities

Improve brand visibility and lead generation through strategic marketing

initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or EdTech

Industry

Strong knowledge of sales management and marketing strategies

Experience in handling teams independently

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Ability to achieve targets and drive business growth

Technology-friendly with good understanding of digital platforms

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-oriented environment

EdTech industry experience preferred
