Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester with 7–10 years of experience to design and lead scalable test automation frameworks. You will leverage Playwright with TypeScript and JavaScript to build robust, efficient, and reliable test suites in a hybrid capacity at our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and maintain end-to-end (E2E) automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright.
- Execute functional, regression, and API testing strategies.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for rapid feedback.
- Partner with developers to improve testability and ensure high coverage.
- Optimize scripts for performance and reliability to reduce flakiness.

Required Experience & Skills





- 7–10 years of skilled software testing experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Extensive, mandatory hands-on experience with Playwright
- Experience with secondary automation frameworks (Selenium).
- Practical experience with API testing and BDD/Cucumber frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Git, and Jira.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bangalore.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Knowledge of CLI scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with secondary automation frameworks (e.g., WebdriverIO, Selenium)
