About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Last Mile Logistics to manage end-to-end domestic and international shipment operations. The role will involve coordinating with courier partners, warehouses, customer support and internal teams to ensure timely, efficient and cost-effective delivery of customer orders.

Specifically, this role will involve:

- Managing end-to-end domestic and international shipment operations.
- Coordinating with courier partners for pickups, deliveries, NDR, RTO and escalations.
- Tracking shipments and proactively resolving delays, stuck shipments and delivery exceptions.
- Coordinating with warehouses, customer support and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Managing international shipping documentation and coordinating on customs-related queries.




- Monitoring courier partner performance across TAT, NDR, RTO and shipment ageing.
- Maintaining daily logistics MIS, shipment trackers and operational reports.
- Supporting logistics invoice reconciliation and identifying billing discrepancies or leakage.
- Handling logistics-related customer escalations and ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Identifying opportunities to improve delivery TAT, reduce avoidable RTOs and enhance customer experience.
- Supporting initiatives to improve courier performance and optimise overall logistics costs.

An ideal candidate will have:

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce or last-mile operations.
- Hands-on experience managing domestic and international shipments.
- Good understanding of NDR, RTO, TAT, shipment ageing and delivery exceptions.
- Experience working with multiple courier or logistics partners.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to operational issues.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments, escalations and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail.
- A data-driven approach to monitoring logistics performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Graduate degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
