Qualifications

- Experience: 8–12 years total (Minimum 5+ years specifically in AI Prompt Engineering).

- Technical Skills: Prompt optimization at scale, RAG pipelines, Guardrails, and Vector Database architecture (Pinecone, Redis, Chroma).

Required Skill

- 7-12 years of exp. Minimum 5+ years on AI Prompt Engineering

- Designs end-to-end AI workflows, not just prompts.

- Leads architectural decisions for LLM integration (RAG, vector DBs, agents).

- Oversees multiple AI use cases across departments.

- Defines AI standards, frameworks, and best practices.

- A few technical Skills

- Prompt optimization at scale

- RAG pipelines

- Guardrails and safety prompts

- Designs vector database architectures (Pinecone, Redis, CosmosDB, Chroma).

- Understands model selection, fine-tuning, and embeddings deeply.

Shift: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST.
