To ensure timely delivery of products inside the university campus, support daily kiosk operations, assist in stock movement and storage, maintain cleanliness, and help the counter staff for smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet.
Main Responsibilities1. Product Delivery
- Deliver customer orders within the university campus on time
- Ensure all deliveries are made correctly and without delay
- Handle fridge items, dairy products, and cold items carefully during delivery
- Ensure that temperature-sensitive items are delivered quickly so they do not spoil
- Confirm that the correct product and quantity reach the customer
- Maintain polite behavior with customers while delivering orders
2. Product Handling and Stock Movement
- Receive incoming stock and place it properly inside the kiosk
- Shift products safely from storage area to freezer, shelf, or counter as required
- Help arrange products properly in freezers, shelves, and storage spaces
- Ensure products are not damaged during loading, unloading, shifting, or delivery
- Help maintain order in stored inventory
3. Inventory Support
- Keep track of available products and inform when stock becomes low
- Help count daily available stock
- Assist in checking expiry dates
- Support in ensuring products are sold before expiry
- Help reduce spoilage, leakage, breakage, or wastage
- Report damaged or near-expiry goods immediately
4. Outlet Support Work
- Help the counter staff during rush hours
- Assist in packing products properly
- Bring required items quickly from storage/freezer to the counter
- Support in organizing shelves and work areas
- Help in opening and closing tasks of the kiosk
5. Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Help keep the inside and outside of the kiosk clean
- Clean delivery-related trays, boxes, or carrying items if used
- Ensure storage areas, shelves, and working corners remain neat
- Maintain hygiene while handling food, beverages, dairy produc
