We are looking for a dedicated ITI-certified Technician to handle the hands-on maintenance and component replacement of AC/DC equipment. This role is strictly focused on technical equipment handling rather than general building wiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine testing of power components like diodes, thyristors, and IGBTs.
- Carry out soldering and replacement of faulty components within power modules.
- Conduct regular gravity checks and maintenance for industrial battery banks.
- Assist in the installation and terminal connections of AC/DC machinery.
- Follow strict safety protocols including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) during repairs.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of AC/DC current flow and polarity.
- Skill in using clamp meters and continuity testers.
- Ability to identify and replace industrial electrical components.
- Familiarity with power tool safety and high-voltage precautions.
Eligibility:
- ITI Certification in Electrician or Wireman trade.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing unit or substation environment is a plus.
