- 1. Job Purpose
- To deliver comprehensive, evidence-based psychological and psycho-social assessment and intervention services for children with neurodevelopmental and behavioural conditions. The role focuses on enhancing functional abilities, participation, and well-being through individualized rehabilitation planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, and family-centered approaches. Interventions will include behavioural modification strategies, not limited to ABA, along with cognitive, emotional, and social development support. The role also contributes to capacity building, IEC development, and community engagement.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- A. Clinical & Rehabilitation Services




- Conduct assessments including cognitive, behavioural, and psycho-social domains
- Use behavioural modification approaches (not restricted to ABA)
- Address emotional, social, and family functioning
- Provide intervention across home, school, and community settings
- Develop Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Manage walk-in cases and service requests
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- B. Stakeholder Engagement & Capacity Building
- Conduct training programs for parents, caregivers, and stakeholders
- Lead awareness and sensitization sessions
- Develop and implement cognitive training modules
- Coordinate with external agencies and government bodies
- Facilitate support groups (mothers and siblings)
- Document and present beneficiary success stories
- Lead community awareness programs and school-based interventions
