- About the Role- We are seeking a committed and empathetic EDP Coordinator to implement- Entrepreneurship Development Programs with a robust focus on Persons with Disabilities- (PwDs).- The role involves enabling PwDs and other underserved individuals to build sustainable- livelihoods through entrepreneurship, providing end-to-end support from training to- business stabilization.- Key Responsibilities- Program Execution & Coordination- Plan and execute EDP training programs with inclusive and accessible approaches- Coordinate logistics, ensuring PwD-friendly venues, materials, and support systems- Ensure effective participation of all beneficiaries,
especially PwDs- Beneficiary Mobilization & Inclusion- Identify and mobilize PwDs for the program- Build strong rapport with beneficiaries and their families- Ensure equal participation and confidence-building of PwD participants- Enterprise & Livelihood Support- Support PwDs in identifying feasible and accessible business opportunities- Assist in preparing simple business plans tailored to individual abilities- Facilitate access to assistive devices, seed funding, and government schemes- Provide continuous hand holding support post-training- Field Support & Problem Solving- Conduct regular field visits to monitor business progress- Understand disability-specific challenges and provide practical solutions- Coordinate with families, local stakeholders, and support networks- Monitoring, Documentation & Impact- Track key indicators: business start-up, income, sustainability- Maintain detailed beneficiary data, including disability profiles- Prepare reports, case studies, and PwD success stories
- Requirements:
