We are looking for an organized and proactive Academic Coordinator to manage and monitor academic planning, ensure smooth curriculum execution, and support teachers in delivering quality education. The role requires strong coordination, leadership, and academic management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Academic Planning & Execution
- Prepare and monitor annual academic plan
- Ensure timely syllabus completion across all classes
- Design academic calendar, timetables, and schedules
- Standardize lesson planning and teaching methods
- Guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom delivery
- Observe classes and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure quality teaching standards are maintained
- Identify training needs and organize workshops
- Plan and manage exams, tests, and evaluation systems
- Review question papers and result analysis
- Track student performance and suggest improvements
- Implement remedial strategies for weak students
- Maintain academic records and reports
- Prepare performance reports for management




- Ensure proper documentation (lesson plans, results, etc.)
- Update ERP / school systems regularly
- Conduct regular academic meetings
- Address academic concerns and resolve issues
- Support admissions and orientation processes
- Ensure discipline and smooth daily academic operations
- Monitor attendance (students & teachers)
- Assist in school events, inspections, and audits

Qualifications/Experience:
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. (preferred)
- 3-7 years of teaching experience
- Prior experience in coordination / leadership role preferred
