Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including vouchers, entries, billing, and reconciliations.
- Manage GST compliance:
- GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- GST reconciliation
- E-invoicing & E-way bills
- Handle TDS compliance:
- TDS deductions, returns, and challans
- Form 26Q / 24Q
- TDS reconciliation
- Manage statutory compliances:
- PF, ESI, Professional Tax
- Coordination with consultants and departments
- Maintain accounts in Tally:
- Ledger maintenance
- Bank reconciliation
- Trial balance, P&L;, and Balance Sheet support
- Work on Zoho Books / Zoho Finance for accounting and reporting.
- Handle vendor payments, customer receipts, and ageing analysis.
- Support monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records as per pharma industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors/consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry (mandatory):
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances:
- Hands-on experience in Tally and Zoho Books (mandatory)
- Good understanding of pharma accounting processes:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com (preferred)
- Any additional accounting certifications will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
