Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver theoretical, practical, and plant-specific training for the Hindalco Renukoot project. The trainer will develop the technical skills of trainees through structured classroom sessions, workshop practice, and plant-oriented programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theory and practical training related to mechanical maintenance systems and industrial equipment.
- Conduct plant-specific maintenance training aligned with Hindalco operations and standards.
- Train participants on preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.
- Provide hands-on workshop training and demonstrations on maintenance tools and machines.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, technical presentations, and assessment methods.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical assessments, and skill demonstrations.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance best practices during training.

Key Technical Training Areas:




- Mechanical Maintenance Best Practices
- Pump, Valve, Bearing, and Gearbox Maintenance
- Laser Shaft Alignment, Belt and Pulley Systems, and Conveyor Maintenance
- Industrial Lubrication Systems and Compressor Maintenance
- Metrology, Technical Drawing Interpretation, and Bench Work
- Conventional Machining Processes (Drilling, Lathe, Milling, etc.)

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of industrial mechanical maintenance systems and equipment.
- Ability to deliver both classroom and hands-on practical training.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Experience working in industrial plant maintenance environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
