About The Job:

- The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools.
- This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost.
- The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Essential Job Functions:

- Adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements by implementing SAP and Access Governance best practices to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
- Provide advanced support for complex incidents escalated by analysts, performing thorough root cause analyses and implementing solutions to resolve technical and security issues within SAP environments.
- Engage in value-adding activities such as updating and managing the knowledge base, training current team members, and coaching analysts on best practices in SAP support and access governance.
- Resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional support teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain a robust security posture.
- Enhance customer experience and CSAT metrics through effective first call resolution strategies, minimizing rejected resolutions and re-open cases, while proactively mitigating potential security threats.

Procurement Operations Responsibilities
- Manage end-user hardware procurement requests through ServiceNow and Coupa.




- Process requisitions, purchase orders, and order fulfilment activities for laptops, peripherals, and related hardware.
- Manage daily incoming ServiceNow tickets, provide timely status updates, and ensure closure of requests within agreed SLA timelines.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update ServiceNow records for end-user visibility and tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, track deliveries, and resolve procurement issues.
- Manage procurement requirements across 30+ countries, including support for complex regions such as LATAM.
- Proactively resolve procurement blockers, delivery delays, account holds, and invoice-related issues.
- Perform Goods Receipt (GRN) activities and manage invoice reconciliation in coordination with Finance and suppliers.
- Support supplier onboarding activities and identify sourcing solutions for countries with limited supplier coverage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end users regarding order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, including procurement productivity, open orders, GRNs, invoice status, and ticket metrics.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5-8 Years

Skill Requirement
- 2–4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Order Management, P2P processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Coupa.
- Knowledge of purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, and vendor coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a global environment.

Skill Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and Access Governance frameworks.




- Solid understanding of troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to SAP operations.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
- Capability to manage and train junior analysts in SAP support processes.

Other Requirements
- Optional but valuable certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
