Key Responsibilities

Connect:Dial and reach out to skilled Makeup Artists across the country from our curated database.

Consult: Understand the artist's business needs and explain how Olready.in Lead Plans can increase their bookings.

Pitch & Close:Deliver high-impact sales pitches and convert prospects into paid subscribers.

Relationship Management: Maintain a positive rapport with artists and manage follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.

Targets: Meet and exceed daily calling and monthly sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

1. Fluency in English: You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally.

2. Sales DNA: Previous experience in tele-sales, cold calling, or business development is highly preferred.

3. Industry Interest: An interest in the beauty, fashion, or wedding industry is a major plus.

4. Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets.

Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
