Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Teach English to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and structured lessons
Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, speaking, and critical analysis
Assess, evaluate, and record student progress regularly
Prepare students for board examinations, internal assessments, and competitive exams
Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
Use innovative teaching strategies and ICT tools for effective learning
Guide students in projects, debates, presentations, and literary activities
Participate in school events, workshops, meetings, and professional development programs
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and progress

Qualifications & Experience
Postgraduate degree in English (M.A. English)
B.Ed. (mandatory)
Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at Senior Secondary level (preferred)




Strong command over spoken and written English
Sound knowledge of CBSE examination patterns and assessment criteria

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Passion for literature and language teaching
Ability to mentor and motivate senior students
Proficiency in lesson planning, assessment, and evaluation
Comfortable using smart boards, LMS, and digital resources
