Experience Required - 5+ Years

Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and design SAP TM solutions to support transportation and logistics operations.
- Configure and support SAP TM processes including transportation planning, freight order management, freight settlement, and carrier collaboration.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize transportation networks and logistics processes.
- Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SD, MM, LE, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
- Monitor transportation execution processes and drive continuous process improvements.
- Prepare solution documentation, test scripts, and user guides.

Required Skills





- 5-7 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain and Logistics solutions.
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
- Expertise in transportation planning, freight unit building, freight orders, freight settlement, and charge management.
- Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP ERP, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of logistics execution and transportation business processes.
- Experience in functional configuration, testing, and support activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM.
- Exposure to global transportation operations and freight management processes.
- SAP TM Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain industries.
