Qualifications

Experience Required

- Module: SAP QM(Should have Hands on experience)

- Knowledge on QM processes.

- Should be familiar with IDOC'c processing, Webservices and Interfaces.

- Experience in JavaScript will be an advantage

- Experience: 4 to 5 yrs.

- Relevant Experience of 3-5 years in IT applications.

- Should have hands on ex perience in m anaging QM m odule independently in any industry and work with custom er business team s and project team s effectively.

- Possessing dom ain knowledge on the QM processes will be an added advantage.

- Should be familiar with IDOC processing

- Should be fam iliar with Webservices and Interfaces

- Should be a good team player, flexible and dea dline oriented

- Experience in working in Support team with com plaint process

- Technical IT-background; ex perience in JavaScript will be an advantage

- Know-how on ITIL service m anagem ent processes will be an advantage

- Should be comfortable with Training/WBT content creation
