Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with 8+ years of SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, implementation, and support of SAP Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Marketing Cloud including customer profiles, segmentation, target groups, campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales/Service Cloud, SAP CRM and external applications.
- Work with SAP CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, OData, REST/SOAP interfaces.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.




- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP Marketing Cloud / SAP CX / CRM background.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Marketing Cloud configuration and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of campaign management, segmentation, target groups, and customer data.
- Experience with SAP integrations and APIs.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have
- SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
- SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Commerce Cloud.
- SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
- SAP Emarsys / Customer Data Platform.
- SAP Marketing / CX certification.
