Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

- Develop and deploy SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Customize and configure SAP CPI components including integration flows, adapters, and mappings.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing SAP CPI integrations.
- Should be familiar with cloud connector setup configurations for connecting CPI to on premise applications (like: S4 HANA, Mail server, DB, etc.
- Must have hands on exposure in BTP IS - Cloud Integration, API Management (API portal, Business Hub) and Open Connectors.
- Expertise in handling integrations using various CPI adapters: ODATA, SFTP, FTP, IDOC, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST, AMQP, JDBC, XI Proxy Adapters.
- Should have experience in handling different data conversion techniques (like json to xml, csv to xml etc.)
- Should have experience in using various CPI pallet options (Integration patterns - Message transformations, Aggregator, Enricher, Splitter, etc.)




- Should have experience in SAP integration technologies PI, CPI, EDI, ALE/ IDOC, RFC/BAPI and API based integrations.
- Must have expertise in writing Groovy & Java scripts.
- Well experienced in WSDL, JSON, XML, XSD and XSLT technologies.
- Must Have knowledge in CPI exception handling, error notification techniques, data persistence and retry mechanisms.
- Should have both CPI Development Experience and Operation Support experience.
- Able to transport Design Objects from non-production tenants to production tenants. (using any one of the methods: Manual, CTS+, TMS)
- Valuable to have knowledge on BTP IS - B2B/EDI Trading partner management and Integration Solution Advisory methodology (Exploring MIG, MAG etc.)
