nWe're looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in Power BI and Snowflake to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI, with the ability to design enterprise-grade BI solutions, optimize data models, and deliver high-performance dashboards.

nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Design and develop enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Power BI.n
- Build scalable data models and create advanced DAX calculations.n
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and analytics solutions within Snowflake.n
- Design data warehouse solutions using Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.n
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize report and database performance.n
- Configure Power BI Gateways, scheduled refreshes, and Row-Level Security (RLS).n
- Partner with data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.n
- Troubleshoot and optimize Snowflake queries, workloads, and data models in production environments.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI and Analytics.n
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake is mandatory.n
- Strong expertise in:n
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Report Optimization)n
- Snowflake (Architecture, Performance Tuning, Data Sharing)n
- Advanced SQL (CTEs, Window Functions, Query Optimization)n
- Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and BI best practicesn
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power Apps is a strong advantage.n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.n
