We are seeking Salesforce Tester to validate and ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, experience cloud, B2B commerce cloud , custom objects, workflows, integrations, and Lightning components. The role involves creating test strategies, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Experience • One with 3-5 Years: Salesforce testing experience for mid-level roles. • One with 6+ Years: Salesforce QA/Test Lead positions. • Experience working in Salesforce implementation or support projects.

Key Responsibilities • Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and custom developments.
- Test Salesforce Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce pages, and integrations with external systems.
- Execute API and data validation testing.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance within Salesforce applications.




- Prepare test reports and provide quality status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills Technical Skills • Robust knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce data management concepts.

Testing

Skills • Test planning and test case design.
- Defect lifecycle management.
- Root cause analysis.
- Test data preparation and management.
- Automation testing exposure is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Platform App Builder knowledge is an advantage.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
