About the role nThe early years lay the foundation for concentration, independence, confidence, and a lifelong relationship with learning.
nWe are looking for educators who are calm, observant, patient, and genuinely interested in child development. Montessori training is preferred but not essential — we will train and mentor the right candidate.

- Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly Montessori settingn
- Observe children closely and respond to their developmental needsn
- Present materials carefully and guide children towards independencen




- Support development across language, math, sensorial work, movement, practical life, and social-emotional growthn
- Communicate thoughtfully with parentsn
- Collaborate with the team and continue developing your Montessori practicen
