Manager - R&D; Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Role Details Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

- Create, maintain & modify SAP Bills of Material (BOMs) - Review, validate, and process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) basis Engineering Change Notes/orders (ECNs/ECO’s) - Ensure BOM accuracy and consistency across engineering and manufacturing systems - Resolve production BOM-related concerns in collaboration with Vehicle Integration (VI), PPC, and PDIT teams.
- Develop and publish Technical Service Bulletins for Marketing and Customer Care teams.
- Maintain and update Parts Catalogues and Interchangeability Guides - Release of Engineering Drawings - Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports using Excel and other tools - Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering data management processes.

Experience Experience

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Product Data Management (PDM), Engineering Change Management, and Product Support functions.
- Experience in the Automotive or Farm Equipment industry will be preferred.
- Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)



systems and SAP environment is desirable Qualifications Education:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.

General Requirements Behavioral Competencies:

- Positive team working skills - Good interpersonal relationships skills - Strong Customer focus approach - Process Improvement Enabler Skill: -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
- Working knowledge of SAP modules related to BOM and engineering data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other business productivity tools Functional Competencies:
- Excellent understanding of MS-Excel/PPT - Knowledge of NX/Teamcenter software - Excellent data management and documentation control capabilities - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Knowledge of IT tools for Process automation - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
