The role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and strengthening relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, corporates, promoters, investors, and financial institutions by providing integrated wealth management and investment banking solutions. The incumbent will drive business development, originate fund-raising and advisory mandates, deliver customized investment and financial solutions, and ensure superior client service while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, corporates, promoters, investors, and financial institutions to drive business growth, increase Assets Under Management (AUM), and originate mandates for wealth management and investment banking services.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and market intelligence for wealth advisory, debt and equity fund-raising, mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), and other financial advisory assignments.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, business requirements, risk profile, and funding needs to provide customized wealth management, investment, and corporate finance solutions.
- Advise clients on investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, Bonds,
Structured Products, Retirement Planning, and other financial solutions while recommending appropriate asset allocation and portfolio strategies.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, performance evaluations, and strategic discussions with clients to ensure investments remain aligned with their financial goals and prevailing market conditions.
- Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and economic developments to identify business opportunities, provide market insights to clients, strengthen long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Skilled certifications such as CA/CFA/ NISM/ MBA in Finance or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Business Development.

- Strong knowledge of wealth management products, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Excellent client relationship management, business development, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
