Role Description The Real Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing property portfolios, client engagements, and real estate transactions. This role includes managing residential and commercial property listings, coordinating site visits, and guiding clients through project comparisons, price negotiations, and documentation processes.

The Real Estate

Manager will build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and financial institutions to ensure access to high-quality inventory and financing options.



Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring lease terms, ensuring regulatory compliance, tracking market trends, and providing accurate, data-backed advice to clients. The role requires close collaboration with internal consulting teams to deliver a seamless, transparent experience from initial inquiry to final closing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Property Management to oversee portfolios, maintain asset quality, and coordinate site operations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Lease Administration and Leases to manage agreements, renewals, and compliance with legal and contractual terms.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate to advise on market trends, evaluate projects, and support both residential and investment decisions.
- Relevant experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property advisory, preferably in Bengaluru or major Indian markets.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to interpret property documents, legal terms, and financial aspects related to transactions and home loans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications in real estate or property management are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting frequent site visits, and adapting to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
