- Role Description The Public Relations Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing PR strategies, and serving as the main point of contact for client communication. Day-to-day activities include drafting and reviewing press releases and other media materials, coordinating media outreach, and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and influencers. The Account Manager will monitor coverage, prepare reports, and provide strategic counsel to clients to enhance their reputation and visibility.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, supporting new business opportunities, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of all client commitments. Prior work experience with Auto, Mobility, Aviation brands is preferred.

Qualifications

- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated Account Management capabilities, including client servicing, project coordination, and relationship management.
- Ability to write and edit clear, compelling Press Releases and other external communication materials.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies confidently.
- Relevant experience in agency or corporate communications; familiarity with the Indian media landscape is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency with PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and basic office productivity software.
- Prior work experience with Auto, Mobility, Aviation brands is preferred.
