About the RoleAmity University Jharkhand invites applications from accomplished academicians and researchers for the position of Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE). The ideal candidate should have a strong academic and research profile, substantial teaching experience, and demonstrated expertise in academic leadership, research supervision, and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching at UG, PG, and Ph.D. levels.
- Provide academic leadership in curriculum development and teaching-learning initiatives.
- Supervise Ph.D. scholars, postgraduate dissertations, and student projects.
- Develop and lead research projects and secure government/industry-funded research grants.
- Publish high-quality research papers in SCI/SCIE/Scopus-indexed journals and reputed conferences.
- Mentor faculty members and contribute to faculty development.
- Establish industry-academia collaborations and institutional partnerships.
- Promote interdisciplinary research and innovation.
- Contribute to accreditation, academic administration, and departmental development.
- Organise and participate in conferences, FDPs, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.

Eligibility & Experience
- Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or a closely related discipline from a recognised university/institution.
- Minimum 15 years of overall academic/teaching/research experience, including at least 10 years of experience after Ph.D.
- Strong academic and research credentials with a proven publication record in reputed journals and conferences.
- Demonstrated experience in Ph.D. supervision/research guidance.
- Experience in securing funded research projects, consultancy, patents, or industry collaborations will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate academic leadership and administrative capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and leadership skills.
