Job Objective

Lead a lean and agile engineering team to design, implement, and continuously evolve the infrastructure and automation that powers the

EV product ecosystem. Drive customer value, technical differentiation, and first-mover advantage by architecting robust,

scalable, and secure DevOps solutions that enable rapid innovation and iconic global recall for EV products. As a technology leader, you will conceive and deliver ongoing improvements to deployment pipelines, cloud architectures, and operational frameworks, ensuring high availability, performance, and quality assurance. Collaborate closely with development, QE, and product teams to create a seamless,

automated delivery experience that accelerates time-to-market and sustains a competitive edge in the EV domain

Experiences

Qualification

- Any technical graduation (BE, B. Tech, BCA, etc.) Experience

- Over 20+ years of overall experience in product engineering within software/product development organizations, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions.
- At least 10+ years of leadership experience driving the fusion of development and operations across multiple product portfolios or value streams, enabling continuous delivery, operational excellence, and technical differentiation in diverse industry domains. Proven track record of architecting and implementing DevOps strategies that accelerate time-to-market, improve system reliability, and optimize cloud infrastructure for cost and performance.

- Experience in mentoring global teams, fostering a culture of lean, agile practices, and championing DevSecOps principles to ensure robust quality and compliance.

5. Demonstrated experience in owning infrastructure and operational aspects of products across various stages of the lifecycle-from initial architecture to production scaling-ensuring continuous delivery and high availability.
6. Demonstrated design and technical expertise in both product architecture and DevOps practices, ensuring seamless integration between application design and operational scalability.

Proven ability to drive large-scale refactoring and re-architecture initiatives for complex product ecosystems while simultaneously improving CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and coding standards across distributed teams
