Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Lead Engineer (Data AI) to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, ensuring product architecture and development align with technology roadmaps and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions for Safety, Regulatory, and Clinical functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud computing and automation technologies.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, cloud computing, and automation, applying them to enhance product offerings.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Work closely with business partners, data scientists, and engineers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize product performance and scalability using cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers,



fostering innovation.
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelors or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or IT.

Required Skills & Experience (26 years):

- Proven experience in engineering roles with focus on AI, generative AI, cloud computing, and automation.
- Strong background in software development and software engineering.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C++).
- Knowledge of data structures (Stacks, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs).
- Familiarity with automation tools (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team-oriented teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet goals.

Preferred:
