We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Merchandiser to join our team in Kannur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets regularly and ensure proper product availability and display.
- Maintain product visibility and merchandising standards at outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales teams to avoid stock-outs.
- Ensure proper placement, pricing, and display of products.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retailers and outlet staff.
- Implement promotional and merchandising activities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, displays, and market activities.
- Submit regular outlet visit and market reports.
- Achieve assigned merchandising and coverage targets.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, sales support, or a related role.
- FMCG experience is an added advantage.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
