About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with 5+ Years of experience who can lead a team, manage key client relationships, and drive influencer campaigns from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in influencer marketing along with proven experience managing a team of 5 – 10 members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 5 members across influencer marketing campaigns.

- Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from brief to final delivery.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creators, and talent managers.

- Develop influencer strategies and recommend the right creators based on campaign objectives.

- Review campaign proposals, creator shortlists, commercials, negotiations, and deliverables.

- Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

- Handle escalations and resolve client/creator-related issues effectively.

- Mentor the team, set targets, review performance, and support their growth.

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling,



and increasing business from existing clients.

- Work closely with internal creative, production, and business development teams.

- Track campaign performance and share insights and recommendations with clients.

- Stay updated with influencer trends, creators, platforms, and evolving social media formats.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

- Prior experience managing a team of 5 - 10 members is mandatory.

- Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the influencer ecosystem.

- Excellent client servicing, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of campaign budgets, commercials, negotiations, and execution.

- A proactive leader who can take ownership and drive the team toward results.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
