We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment consultancy and support bulk hiring for BPO/Customer Support roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & other channels
- Handle bulk candidate calling and screening
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR
- Freshers and HR/MBA students can apply
- Must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection
