Responsibilities

Development and 3D/2D Drawing of new product and concepts, taking into account design, costs, technical feasibility, and manufacturing technology.

Lead and manage engineering activities for Laboratory instruments projects,

ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective, and on-time delivery.

Calculations and theoretical design of assemblies and functions.

Evaluation of components, technical clarification with manufacturers and suppliers

This position will be responsible for planning, coordination, and technical oversight of mechanical & refrigeration engineering tasks across multiple projects.

The engineer will support the selection of components, procurement, technical evaluation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities also include design and drawing review, standardization of mechanical specifications, supplier coordination, cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.





Responsible for the administration of the organisation global change request management.

The role includes coordination with project teams ensuring execution of projects as per project schedules.

Facilitating collaboration and knowledge transfer as needed

People leadership and development of the local R&D.; (at the time of filling this position the team consist of 1 design engineer)

Resource and capacity planning to ensure effective execution of development tasks and projects

Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and engineering excellence within BOI

Responsible for achieving departmental targets regarding quality, delivery,

cost, and people development.
