We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team at our Zirakpur office.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful projects.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with sales, and capable of handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential business clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable technology solutions.
- Pitch Infyle Technologies' services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospects.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical/project team to understand project requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of sales and business development.
- Ability to communicate with CEOs, founders, owners, and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions effectively.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and calling for sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in B2B sales / IT sales / Software sales / Business Development is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in selling software, websites, mobile apps, or digital solutions will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Candidates must be comfortable working on-site from our Zirakpur office.
- Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
- Candidate should be available to join on or before 14 September 2026 (Monday).
