Nexdigm is hiring a Business Analyst for its Pune office. We are looking for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, user story creation, backlog management, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams for successful project delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and status reporting.
- Support UAT, backlog management and process improvement initiatives.
