Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive Functional Design Documents and effectively communicate technical details to developers. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and industry-specific knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Provide end-user technical support while maintaining secure, compliant endpoint environments.
- Support devices, resolve technical issues, and assist with vulnerability remediation and patching.
- Offer Tier 1–2 support for PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software/OS issues (Windows/macOS).
- Install, configure, and maintain endpoints.
- Handle incidents & requests via ticketing system.
- Support accounts, VPN, email, collaboration tools.
- Perform vulnerability scanning, reporting & patching.
- Monitor compliance and support antivirus tools.




- Track inventory & support device lifecycle management.
- Perform cybersecurity assessments for applications.
- Identify and escalate high-risk vulnerabilities or security incidents.
- Ensure devices meet corporate security and compliance standards.
- Manage assets & environment.
- Provide on-call services in EAME.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of IT support experience.

Required Skills:

- Strong Windows knowledge, ERP knowledge.
- Experience with vulnerability scanners.
- Cybersecurity & patch management experience.
- Proficient with ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
