Job Responsibilities:

- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot

Windows Server environments.

- Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance.

- Manage

Microsoft Azure services, VMs, networking, storage, monitoring, and security.

- Provide administration and troubleshooting support for

Linux servers

.

- Support

AWS infrastructure and cloud services as required.

- Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security.

- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.

- Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.

- Troubleshoot OS, application, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues.

- Work with networking, security, application, and other infrastructure teams.





- Maintain technical documentation and follow enterprise IT standards.
