Role: AWM Social Media Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join the Integrated Media and Performance Analytics Digital team.

The Social Media

Coordinator will focus on AWMs activation and management of superior social media experiences to maximize client engagement through the promotion of our brand thought leadership and product messaging. The candidate will partner with the Integrated Media team to report on the performance of our various social media initiatives

This role will assist with the distribution of content created within Private Bank and Asset Management to drive greater brand and product recognition. The individual should possess solid project management skills and data skills

Key responsibilities

· Update and maintain competitor follower data in the designated competitor sheet.





· Maintain content calendars on daily basis with LinkedIn and Hearsay posts metrics to monitor the performance of posts after seven days of publishing.

· Track measures and report on the effectiveness of our social efforts through monthly and ad hoc reporting.

· Update the Hearsay master sheet on weekly basis with the on-boarding members details shared by team.

· Assist the team by removing the accounts by submitting the RSAMS for the members who are leaving the firm.

· Assist the team on sending follow ups to the members disconnected from hearsay workspace.

Core competencies

· Multitasker ability to work on many different projects at once with attention to detail on all.

· Measurement and reporting build processes to track and measure progress within our social media campaigns.

· Attention to detail demonstrates solid organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information.

· Excellent verbal and written business communication skills

· Quick learner, excellent interpersonal skills and delivery ownership

Qualifications

· Knowledge of social media platforms LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc. and management tools Hearsay, Sprinklr, Workfront etc. and content management systems.

· Familiarity with posts scheduling in Sprinklr and Hearsay.

· Familiarity with social media posts approvals system in Workfront.

· Proficiency in advanced excel, MS PowerPoint, and social media analytics dashboards within LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
