Essential Job Functions:

- Leading the project-based test team, providing hands on Test Execution activities and enabling it to deliver the highest level of quality across our testing services and practices

- Collaborating in defining and maintaining the Test Policy and Test Plan

- Manage customer relationship with appropriate communication and coordinate testing activities with customer Test Manager

- Work closely with project manager, development teams and other stakeholders to manage risks and issues

- Provide effort estimations and track the test effort to ensure adequate staffing

- Report progress to management and clients

- Manage defects

- Manage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness)

- Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reporting

- Document and evaluate the result of the testing, investigate testing deficiencies

- Contribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes and procedures

- Lead test automation & leverage test automation in order to optimize the manual test effort/coverage vs automated test effort/coverage

Qualifications

- Experience: 5-8

Good to have

- Test Automation Experience using test master, ATS & etc.

- Proficient in Testing Concepts, led a test team before and able to perform client facing discussion

- Experience working within a matrix-style structure

- ISTQB® (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification

- Proven experience hiring,



training and mentoring other senior team members to build a strong team around them

Requirements

- University degree in Engineering, Banking, Finance, Business or Economics

- Minimum of 8 years of work experience within the banking/financial industry especially in Testing function.

- Previous test management experience including leadership experience

- Knowledge of both automated and manual testing

- Robust result orientation and stress resistance

- Flexibility and openness for changes

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with an ability to inspire others

- Experience with Avaloq Banking System
