Production & Operations Coordinator – Fashion/Apparel

We are looking for an organised and proactive Production & Operations Coordinator to join our growing fashion brand. The role involves coordinating day-to-day production activities, maintaining inventory and costing records, following up with vendors and the production team, and ensuring orders move smoothly from production to completion.

- Maintain and regularly update stock and inventory sheets.
- Prepare and update product-wise costing sheets.
- Coordinate with the production team for ongoing and upcoming orders.
- Regularly follow up on production timelines, pending orders, and deliveries.
- Track the movement and availability of fabrics, trims, embroidery, and finished goods.
- Assist with quality checks, alterations, and production-related issues.
- Maintain accurate production and order status trackers.
- Assist with purchase requirements and basic operational documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers wherever required.
- Support the team with day-to-day production and business operations.




- Ensure records and trackers are accurate and updated on time.

Ideal Candidate
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and keep track of deadlines.
- Interest in fashion, garment production, and brand operations.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced fashion brand.
- Prior experience in apparel, fashion production, merchandising, or operations is an advantage.

Preferred Experience 0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong organisational skills and an interest in fashion production may also apply.
