About the Role

Learning Labs by La Excellence IAS Academy builds AI-enabled digital learning products for students and learners.

We are looking for a AI Growth Intern to work with our Marketing and Growth team across customer research, marketing, lead generation, conversion, and product growth.

This is not a conventional Growth or Marketing internship. A key part of the role is to identify repetitive, time-consuming, or process-heavy work and explore how AI tools can be used to make these workflows faster, better, and more effective.

The role is broad by design. You may work on one or more areas depending on your skills, interests, and team priorities.

Areas You May Work On:

- AI-driven execution and workflow improvement across day-to-day tasks.
- Customer and competitor research
- Lead generation and marketing campaigns
- Content, messaging, and product positioning
- Improving lead-to-conversion and product growth




- Basic marketing analytics and growth experiments

You will work with senior team members and take ownership of specific tasks or initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Interest in marketing, growth, and digital products
- Positive communication, research, and analytical skills
- Curiosity, a strong willingness to learn, and a self-driven attitude
- Basic understanding of Marketing vs Sales
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, Analytics, CRM, or social media is a plus
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity is a strong plus
