We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience to manage our financial operations, billing, and project-based accounting. Need to handle core accounting functions, track client invoicing across commercial and private projects, and oversee vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Project &
- Client Billing:

Prepare accurate invoices for B2B partners (construction firms, architects) and individual residential clients; track project payment milestones.

- Accounts Receivable &

- Payable:

Monitor outstanding receivables, perform vendor reconciliations, and process payments for raw materials, pool equipment, and landscape supplies.

- Bookkeeping &

- Financial Reporting:

Maintain daily ledger entries, manage bank reconciliations, and draft monthly balance sheets, P&L; statements, and cash flow reports.

- Tax Compliance: Handle statutory tax filings (GST, TDS, or local state/federal sales taxes) and ensure strict compliance with regional accounting standards.

- Inventory Tracking: Collaborate with the procurement team to track stock levels for pool accessories, irrigation hardware, and installation materials.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience:



3–4 years of full-cycle accounting experience (experience in construction, landscaping, contracting, or trading is highly preferred).

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Compliance Knowledge:

Solid understanding of statutory tax laws, client invoicing practices, and vendor contract terms.

- Key Traits: High attention to detail, solid numerical aptitude, and the ability to handle billing for multiple client streams simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
