availability and eligibilitySchedule suitable candidates for onboardingFollow up and coordinate until they complete the onboarding processCollect the required information and documentsMaintain accurate calling and onboarding recordsCoordinate with the internal team and share regular updatesPreferred Candidate:3–5 years of prior experience in telecalling, recruitment coordination or onboardingGood follow-up and coordination skillsBasic knowledge of Excel or Google SheetsPatient, organised and confident while speaking with candidatesCompensation : 30k/month ( Fixed + Incentives) If you enjoy speaking with people and can manage the complete process from the first call to onboarding, we would love to hear from you.
