Role Summary

The GenAI Strategist for Testing Transformation will lead the adoption and scaling of Generative AI capabilities across the Quality Engineering and Testing lifecycle. The role is responsible for defining AI-driven testing strategies, identifying transformation opportunities, building business cases, and working with delivery teams to improve quality, productivity, speed, and business outcomes through GenAI-enabled testing solutions.

The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, helping organizations modernize QA practices through AI-powered test engineering, autonomous testing, and intelligent quality platforms.

- 12+ years in Testing / Quality Engineering.
- 3+ years in AI/GenAI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading large-scale testing programs.
- Consulting experience with Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Hands-on exposure to Azure OpenAI, Copilot, AI Foundry, or equivalent platforms.

1. AI-Led Testing Transformation Strategy

- Define GenAI vision and roadmap for Quality Engineering organizations.
- Assess current testing maturity and identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
- Develop enterprise testing modernization strategies leveraging:

- GenAI

- Autonomous Testing
- Intelligent Test Automation
- AI-Driven Quality Engineering
- Create business cases demonstrating productivity gains, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

2. GenAI Use Case Identification

Identify and prioritize high-value GenAI opportunities across:

3. Solution Advisory & Architecture
- Work closely with architects and engineering teams to define GenAI-enabled QE solutions.

- Recommend appropriate tools and platforms such as:

4. Client Consulting & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct AI discovery workshops with clients.
- Identify business challenges and map GenAI opportunities.
- Present transformation roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
- Drive solution discussions and innovation sessions.
- Support RFPs, proposals, and large deals involving AI-led testing transformation.

5. Governance & Responsible AI
- Establish Responsible AI guidelines for quality engineering.
- Define testing-specific AI governance frameworks.
- Ensure:

- Data privacy
- Compliance
- Security
- Auditability
- Intellectual property protection
- Develop AI prompt libraries and reusable testing assets.

6. Innovation & Capability Development
- Build testing accelerators using GenAI.
- Create reusable frameworks and reference implementations.
- Evaluate emerging AI testing solutions and market trends.
- Drive proof-of-concepts and pilot programs.
- Mentor QE teams on GenAI adoption.
